The Service allows you to submit requests for service quotes. A quote provided through the Service is an estimate and does not constitute a binding agreement until you accept the quote through the approval process provided.
By approving a quote, you agree to the services and pricing described in the quote. Upon approval, a recurring invoice may be created on your behalf for the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for payment of all invoices generated as a result of your approved quotes.
We reserve the right to adjust or decline any quote at our discretion. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change based on conditions, scope of work, and other factors.
When you approve a service quote, invoices will be generated and sent to the email address associated with your quote or account. Recurring invoices are generated automatically based on the payment schedule outlined in your approved quote.
Payment is due upon receipt of each invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you believe an invoice contains an error, please contact us at info@forrestforhire.com or (734)417-1570 within 15 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services for accounts with outstanding unpaid invoices.
The Service allows you to submit employment applications. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or create an employment relationship. All information provided in an application must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from consideration or termination of employment if discovered after hiring.
By opting in to SMS notifications during the quote process, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your quote status and services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We will not use your phone number for marketing or promotional messages.
